With dealing with his legal obligations, the processing manager is responsible for the storage and use of personal data on a computer or manual files.

5. The lawfulness of the processing

The processing of personal data is lawful because it is founded on the consent you gave us, and if the same is withdrawn, it does not affect the lawfulness of the processing done on the same before the withdrawal, and is furthermore based on the Contract we close within the performance of our business operations as well as meeting legally regulated obligations.

Furthermore, the processing is lawful if it is necessary for the protection of your key interests such as fulfilling tasks of public interest or is based on the legal interest of Procesteh d.o.o.

Procesteh d.o.o. is not responsible for the loss of personal data in the process of sending it to the website.

Procesteh d.o.o. cooperates with the supervisory body in the case of violation of personal data for which it is obliged to inform it within 72 hours of learning of the violation. If it is certain that the violation will cause a high risk for an individual, the processing manager is required to inform the competent authority of this without delay. If it is likely that some kind of processing will cause a high risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals, the processing manager is required to conduct an assessment of the impact of the procedures for the protection of personal data. One assessment is applicable to multiple similar processing operations.

10. Modification of this policy

Procesteh d.o.o. commits to follow the fundamental principles of privacy and data protection, which is the reason why we regularly review our Privacy Policy so we can monitor the data and comply them to the principles of privacy and data protection.
